The Cabernet Merlot is a classic blend that combines the elegant structure and vibrant fruit characters of Cabernet Sauvignon with the plummy softness of Merlot. The palate is long and elegantly structured with oak and Cabernet tannins, carrying this wine through to a long, flavoursome finish. Red with purple in appearance the bouquet has aromas of blackcurrant, mint, dark chocolate, coffee bean and earth. This Cabernet Merlot is densely flavoured with chocolate, mint, leaf and red berry, complemented with fine tannin and excellent persistence.
