Its back better than ever. A unique sparkling red with intense beading, and a rich robust flavour. Delicious drinking on any occasion, but ideal with the Christmas turkey!  Winemaker Notes Colour: Medium to full depth crimson and red hues. Bouque: Rich fruit with Shiraz spice, yeasty complexity and a hint of wood maturation evident. Palate: Rich and full flavoured balanced with soft tannins.
